What is Aromatherapy?

Aromatherapy is the practice of using natural oils that are extracted from flowers, barks, stems, leaves, roots or other parts of a plant for their therapuetic properties. Diluted essential oils can be absorbed through the skin and can be inhaled to promote health and wellbeing.

Is Aromatherapy Save?

Essential oils are safe when used correctly diluted. They should never be used directly on the skin in undiluted form. Certain oils can cause photosensitivity or irritation. Always seek medical advice from your GP if you have certain medical conditions or if you are taking any medication.
